England (recorded here), Hungary (Skoracka 2005), Poland (Skoracka et al. 2005) and Russia (op. cit.). Relation to host. Vagrant between the leaf sheaths encircling the stem and causing no apparent damage. Collection details. England, North Yorkshire, York, Sand Hutton (54 ° 0 ʹ 56.52 ʺ N, 0 ° 58 ʹ 9.48 ʺ W), low numbers on C. epigeios, collected by the author, 15. ix. 2009.
