<p>Head, pronotum, and scutellum black; elytra dark metallic blue; legs reddish. Head: vertex shallowly, sparsely punctate; not depressed between eyes; frons not projecting. Antenna: antennomere 1 subglobose; 2 cylindrical, longer than 1; 3 cylindrical, longer than 1-2 combined; 4-10 cylindrical, decreasing in length; 11 pointed at apex, subequal in length to 4. Pronotum: convex with slight depression in posterior angle; impunctate; side margined, canaliculate, straight and parallel for basal ½, then rounded and convergent; anterior angle produced; posterior angle acute; pronotal length 0.6-0.9 mm (n=11); pronotal width 1.0-1.3 mm. Scutellum: pentagonal, smooth. Elytron: side margined, dentate, especially on apical ½; apices cojointly rounded; punctures little impressed; rows converge and unite near apex; punctures are larger and more impressed on elytral disc, rest almost obsolete; elytral length 2.6-3.3 mm; elytral width 1.4-1.7 mm. Venter: pro-, meso-, and metasterna smooth in middle, punctate laterally; abdominal sterna 1 and 2 fused in middle, punctate laterally; 3-5 setose. Leg: tibia with setae on inner margin. Total length: 3.4-4.1 mm.</p>
